Cleaned up list of Active LUGs in Arkansas. At the moment there are only 3 active LUGs in the state, CARLUG, HSALUG and NWALUG. All others have been moved to the * InactiveLUGs page.

A new website has been put up for the Ozarks Open Source Software Collective for Northwest Arkansas. Their main goals are to educate spread the word about Open Source Software.
